Every piece is custom-made to order. Production runs 3–7 business days, then U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS with 3–5 day delivery. International orders ship via DHL and arrive in 5–10 business days after production. You'll get tracking the moment your order ships.
All sales are final. Every Die Hard Addicts piece is custom-made to order for a limited drop, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes wrong size ordered, change of mind, or fit preference. Please check the sizing chart below before you order.
The only exception is a defective item. If your piece arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or print error, email support@diehardaddicts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Verified defects are replaced with the same item at no cost. This policy is strictly enforced. No exceptions outside of confirmed defects.
Every adult piece is built on a 7.5 oz / 255–260 gsm, 100% ring-spun cotton heavyweight blank (16 singles), garment-dyed for a broken-in vintage wash and a structured, boxy drape. It wears oversized. If you want a classic fit, size down one.

Adults run S–5XL. Youth run S–XL on a lighter youth-weight blank. Between sizes? Size down for a classic fit, stay true for the intended oversized drape.
Every drop is a limited run designed and produced for that release only. Once it sells out, it's archived forever. We don't restock, discount, or repeat. That's the deal. It's why early access matters.

What we collect. When you create an account, place an order, or join our email list we collect your name, email, shipping address, order history, and. For members. Tier and rewards data. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
How we use it. To fulfill and ship orders, provide support, run your rewards account, send order updates and drop announcements, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.
Where it lives. Account and order data is stored on Supabase (U.S. region) with row-level security. Email is handled by our email provider; analytics is aggregate and anonymized.
Your choices. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can request a copy or deletion of your data anytime by emailing legal@diehardaddicts.com. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Cookies. We use essential cookies for cart and login plus aggregate analytics. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
